Preparation:
It is recommended to use a glass vessel with a volume of 1.5 liters.

Pour a liter of milk into the glass vessel.
Pour one bag / dose of 5 g. Culture into milk.
Mix well and close with a cork or with cling film.
Leave on the counter outside the refrigerator for 12 hours in summer or about 20 hours in winter.
After the procedure, mix and refrigerate for at least two hours.
