No special device or electrical device is required to prepare kefir!

You can use any milk you want. We recommend using "super-pasteurized" 3% cardboard milk without any additions of calcium or omega 3. Such milk does not need to be boiled but only thawed after refrigeration to room temperature.

The kefir you get is with a very subtle acidity but is not sour.
Ready kefir does not contain sugar, lactose and does not contain gluten!
Ready kefir is recommended to keep in the refrigerator no longer than 7 days.
Kefir for up to 3 days is recommended to drink for people suffering from constipation, from day 4 to day 7 - recommended for people suffering from diarrhea.
Beyond 7 days and up to 14 days, kefir can be used for cooking.
