FLEXI 118 cm wall shelf

A long single tier FLEXI wall shelf. The side pieces are softly rounded, so the shelf reads as a light stroke on the wall rather than a box.

What it gives

One level 118 cm long: books stand spine outward along the whole run, and room is found between them for a frame or a figure. The back is closed, so small things do not drop away toward the wall.

Where to hang it

Over a desk or over a bed: 24 cm of depth takes textbooks, while 26 cm of height does not loom overhead. The floor stays clear, which settles the matter in a small room.

Carcass in laminated chipboard, fronts in MDF. The palette is white: Alpin White on the carcass, Supermat and Billbergia on the fronts, with Cool Grey added on the shelves. The horizontal grooves are milled into the fronts, not applied battens. No handles are fitted: the front is gripped by its rounded edge.
