Fabric and colour
The upholstered models made in Israel are covered in dense velvet. It is pleasant to touch, holds its colour and cleans easily: dust comes off with a brush or a vacuum with a soft head, and a fresh stain wipes away without leaving a mark. The palette is wide, dozens of shades from neutral sand and grey to deep blue, green and wine, so the pouf can match the bed or become the accent of the room.
The wooden models come in solid oak with an upholstered seat: these are chosen where the texture of wood matters more than the colour of fabric.
What else you pick when ordering
Legs. Nickel with a silicone pad, wooden in several heights, or none at all if the pouf sits flat on the floor.
Tufting. Buttoned or vertical channels, on the lid or on every side. The back panel is flat so the pouf stands against a wall without a gap.
Trim. Buttons matching the fabric or crystal studs if you want the pouf to stand out.
Frequently asked
How do I measure the space?
Measure the free width, not the width of the bed: the pouf should not block a wardrobe door. On models tufted along the sides the outer size is slightly larger than the inner one, so for an exact niche it is worth noting this with the order.
Is velvet hard to clean?
No. Day to day a vacuum with a soft head is enough, and a stain wipes off with a damp cloth working from the edge inwards. The fabric does not soak up dirt the way loose weaves do.
How long is the wait?
Upholstered poufs are made to your size and colour, wooden ones come from the factory. The exact term is shown on each product page.
