A bunk bed is the only way to put two sleeping places in the footprint of one. Every limitation of the design is known in advance, and it is better checked before ordering than after.
Four checks before ordering

About mattress length
Some models take a 190 cm mattress and others 200. You will be buying two mattresses at once, so check the length before ordering the bed rather than after. It is stated in the model name or on the product page.
The upper bunk is warmer than the lower one, and in the Israeli climate that shows: warm air collects near the ceiling. If the air conditioner in the room blows towards the bed, the child on top will be cold; if away from it, too warm. Choose where the bed stands with the airflow in mind.
