Cancellation and Return Policy

The online store digimarket.co.il is operated by Web Time 2009 ltd, company registration number 514352632. This policy is drawn up in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law of 1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction) of 2010.

Cancellation period

A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days from the day the product was actually received or from the day the transaction details document was received, whichever is later.

In a distance purchase, an order may also be cancelled before the delivery date, at any stage after the order has been placed.

Senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants may cancel a transaction within four months of the date it was made, upon presentation of the relevant certificate, provided that the transaction involved a conversation between the parties.

How to cancel

A cancellation notice should be sent by one of the following means, stating the full name and the order number:

Cancellation fee

For a cancellation that is not due to a defect or non-conformity, the company may charge a cancellation fee of 5 percent of the product price or 100 shekels, whichever is lower.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Product condition and return

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. Returning the product to the address provided by the company is the responsibility of the customer and at the customer expense.

An assembled product cannot be returned as a change of mind, unless a defect is found.

Defect or non-conformity

If a defective product or a product that does not match the order is received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographs. In this case the company will repair, replace or issue a full refund at the customer choice, with no cancellation fee and no shipping cost.

When the right of cancellation does not apply

Under clause 8.4.9 of the store terms of use and the Consumer Protection Law, the right to cancel a transaction does not apply to:

furniture assembled at the customer home
medical and hygiene products
products manufactured specifically for the customer according to individual measurements or special requirements
products that may not be returned by law
information within the meaning of the Computers Law
underwear, including swimwear
jewellery priced above 3000 shekels, except watches

The right of cancellation also does not arise where the price of the product does not exceed 50 shekels.

Furniture that has not been assembled, has not been used and is in its original packaging may be returned within 14 days on the terms set out above. Opening the original packaging is not in itself considered use of the product.
