Narrow MAJA S1 bedside table, 25 cm wide

Just 25 cm across the front makes this the answer for a bedroom where only a slot remains between the bed and the wall. Inside it follows the same layout as its wider sister: a drawer on top and an open niche beneath, only squeezed in width. The colour here is cashmere.

Who it suits

It rescues a small bedroom and a room where the bed stands against a radiator or a wall projection. It also serves as a slim stand for a lamp next to an armchair.

What you will like

only 25 cm wide, so it slips into a narrow gap
a drawer and an open niche, as on the wide model
51 cm of height, level with the mattress
40 cm of depth giving stability despite the narrow front
a front without protruding handles to catch your hip

With 40 cm of depth against 25 cm of width the table extends backwards rather than sideways, and that is exactly how it saves room in a tight space. The niche takes a book laid flat.

Why choose a bedside table only 25 cm wide? It fits where a usual 40 cm one no longer passes: between a bed and a wardrobe, or a bed and a door reveal.

Is the table stable at that width? The 40 cm depth is much greater than the width, so the body rests on its long side and stands firmly.

Materials and finish

Laminated board 16 mm in cashmere with a back in the body colour. Warranty 12 months. BIM Furniture, Poland.

Frequently asked questions

Will a lamp fit on such a table?
A top of 25 by 40 cm holds a slim lamp or a candlestick; a wide luminaire base will hang over the edge.

Can two of them stand side by side?
Yes, two narrow tables together give 50 cm and read as one piece with two drawers.
