Chest of drawers WAVE 200 cm, 4 doors, white matt, gold frame

A white chest the full two metres of wall, four doors. Over this length the vertical rhythm of the ribs works as ornament: the front does not look like an empty plane even though the colour is single.

Who it suits

For a long living room wall that needs capacity but not a block of colour. The gold frame adds a warm line without overloading a light room.

What you will like

the support is a gold coloured metal frame
fronts with milled vertical ribs that meets in a herringbone where the leaves join
body, fronts and edges in a single finish, no contrasting edging
push to open, there are no handles on the front
ABS edging round every panel
the matt surface wipes down with a damp cloth and needs no polishing
the collection is built in one finish: pieces bought at different times stand together without a mismatch

Materials and finish

Dimensions: length 200 cm, depth 42 cm, height 87 cm. The carcass is 16 mm laminated chipboard with ABS edging and an HDF back. The fronts are MDF with milled vertical ribs, finish white matt. The support is metal, gold frame. Twelve month warranty. BIM Furniture, Poland.

More about this piece

Laminated chipboard

Wood particles pressed into a solid board and faced with laminate on both sides. The workhorse of cabinet furniture: holds its shape, tolerates everyday moisture, wipes clean.

MDF board

Wood fibres bonded under pressure make a panel denser than chipboard. It holds milled patterns and curved profiles, so fronts with relief are made of it.

Matt finish

No reflections, and it hides fingerprints and light scratches. In a small room it reads calmer than gloss.

Milled front

The pattern is cut into the panel itself rather than glued on, so it is felt by hand and cannot come away.

Manufacturer warranty

The factory warranty runs 12 месяцев from delivery. It covers material and assembly defects, but not natural wear or damage caused by misuse.

Made in Poland

Shipped straight from the factory, built to European furniture manufacturing standards.
