TV stand HESSERACT 190 cm, black gloss

A television unit 190 cm long in black gloss. The fronts are covered by raised hexagons gathered into a honeycomb – the relief runs the whole length and does not break where the leaves meet. The centre section is left for equipment, with cables leaving through an outlet in the back panel.

Black gloss under the screen continues the switched-off television: the line between them disappears and the wall reads as a single dark band. Fingerprints show more than on a light surface, but dust hardly shows at all.

Who it suits

For a living room where the wall under the television stays bare and asks for texture. The honeycomb gives that texture without colour, and 190 cm covers the wall under a screen of up to 65 inches.

What you will like

the relief is milled into the panel, not printed: the facets show against the light
a cable outlet in the back panel
handleless fronts that open at a press
on black gloss fingerprints show more and dust shows less
the support is round gold metal legs with about 15 cm beneath
a robot vacuum passes under the body, with no need to clear the floor
ABS edging round every panel
the pieces of the collection share one pattern and stand together

Materials and finish

Dimensions: length 190 cm, depth 37 cm, height 52 cm. The carcass is laminated chipboard, the drop-down fronts milled MDF, the support round gold metal legs. Finish black gloss. Twelve month warranty. BIM Furniture, Poland.

Frequently asked questions

Does the honeycomb front make dusting harder?
The facets are large and shallow, so a cloth runs over them as over a flat panel. The hollows are not deep and no brush is needed.

More about this piece

Laminated chipboard

Wood particles pressed into a solid board and faced with laminate on both sides. The workhorse of cabinet furniture: holds its shape, tolerates everyday moisture, wipes clean.

MDF board

Wood fibres bonded under pressure make a panel denser than chipboard. It holds milled patterns and curved profiles, so fronts with relief are made of it.

Gloss finish

Reflects light and makes a piece look lighter. Fingerprints show more on dark gloss, so it needs wiping more often.

Manufacturer warranty

The factory warranty runs 12 месяцев from delivery. It covers material and assembly defects, but not natural wear or damage caused by misuse.

Made in Poland

Shipped straight from the factory, built to European furniture manufacturing standards.
