The fabric here is not cheap "sofa material" but full upholstery fabric with reinforced backing. It does not stick to skin in summer or feel cold in winter, handles daily use calmly. Black is the only colour, but solid and even — without the "blueish" or "greenish" tones common to cheap black fabrics.

No, the upholstery is not removable — the fabric is stretched and fixed onto the frame. Cleaning is spot-only: vacuum with soft attachment, for stains — soap solution and microfibre. Deep cleaning only via professional in-home dry cleaning.
Does natural fabric fade in sunlight near a window?
Any fabric loses colour under direct sunlight — that is physics. On Bari it is less visible due to the even black colour without transitions: fading is also uniform. If the chair sits under a south-facing window in the sun all day, after 3-5 years the colour may lose depth, but there will be no fading stripes.
