A school desk: how to choose two weeks before term starts

What matters most in a child desk is not the design but the height of the top relative to the child. The elbows should rest on the desk without lifting the shoulders, and the feet should reach the floor. That is why desk and chair are chosen together: a fixed desk height is compensated by an adjustable chair, which costs less than replacing the desk every two years.
