A bedroom is the one room where the wardrobe faces the bed, and that changes the requirements. A hinged door has to open without meeting the mattress: leave roughly the width of a door between wardrobe and bed. Without that margin, a sliding wardrobe is the answer, since its doors travel along the body.
What to look at
