GINTARO tall 91 cm chest: the same two leaves, a quarter metre higher

The chest at 96 cm instead of 71, keeping the 91 cm width and 45 cm depth. One more tier fits inside, and the top rises to elbow height where standing work is comfortable. The fronts are unchanged: slats on one side, even wood on the other.

What it consists of

• one leaf fronted in oak slats
• one leaf with a structured or smooth front
• shelves behind the leaves, one tier more than the low version
• push opening with no handles
• a black metal sled

Who it suits

For a room tight on floor and free on height: a narrow passage, a corner by the window, the wall facing the bed. At 96 cm the top works like a counter, which is why this chest also stands in for a hallway console.

Materials and finish

The carcass is solid oak with furniture board in natural oak veneer, one shade across the range, natural oak lager. No handles: the fronts release under a push, the push to open system. The base is welded from black matt profile and the surface is lacquered. MEBIN factory, Poland.
