Product Overview

Chest of drawers TATAMI 4D, 221 cm, black onyx

A four-door chest: 221 cm across the front, 88 cm tall, 42 cm deep. The finish is matt black onyx with no sheen. The front splits into four equal leaves without a single handle, and closed it reads as one dark plane broken only by the thin gap between doors. An 11 cm plinth sits recessed beneath the body, so the chest seems to float slightly above the floor.

How it is made. Carcase, fronts and shelves in 15 mm board, a 3 mm HDF back in ALU grey, ABS edging on the visible edges. Eight concealed hinges, two per door. Push to open keeps the front clean, which matters more on matt black than on a light tone. Seven glide pads under the plinth carry the chest on the floor.

What arrives. Three boxes, 74 kg together. The first is long, 235.5 cm at a width of 48.5 and 6 cm thick, and takes two people: the pack is marked team-lift. The second is 89 by 58.5 cm, the third 88.5 by 46. Polish furniture reaches Israel no other way: an assembled two-metre chest would pass neither the lift nor the door.

What to keep in mind. A 235.5 cm box will not enter a passenger lift, so it comes up the stairs or in a goods lift, and the run is worth measuring in advance. Matt black onyx is even and deep, but dust and fingerprints show on it more than on oak: the handle-free system is exactly what helps, you can open a door with a knuckle. The back panel is ALU grey, lighter than the front, and against a wall it never shows.

What it goes with. With the TATAMI TV unit of the same 221 cm length the chest makes a matched pair: one piece under the screen, the other on the opposite wall, and the room gains two horizontals at one plinth height. The short 112 cm chest in the same finish goes where 221 cm will not.

We deliver and assemble ourselves. We state the lead time before you pay and confirm it by e-mail, so the wait is never a surprise. Delivery and assembly are paid separately and quoted by address.

Delivery and Assembly

Delivery Time and Shipping Cost:

Delivery and Assembly:

Attention! The cost of delivery and assembly depends on the type of furniture, delivery address, floor, elevator. Therefore the cost of delivery and assembly is set with the store representative at the time of order confirmation. Payment for supplies and the assembly is paid directly to the carrier on the day of receipt of the goods. Delivery to localities that are far from the center of the country, such as: everything further from Karmiel in the north, everything further from Beersheba in the south and Jerusalem, will charge an additional fee of 150 NIS. Delivery to Eilat will be negotiated individually, having previously checked with a customer service representative. If a crane (manof) is required to transport the goods, the client is obliged to find, order and pay for the crane services himself.

Delivery terms:

Delivery times for each product are specified separately. When calculating delivery times, only working days (from Sunday to Thursday of the week, excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays) from the date of receipt of payment from the customer's credit company are taken into account.
There may be delays due to sea delivery when ordering furniture from abroad, which cannot be influenced by the Supplier, in these cases the delivery time will be extended by another 30 working days and will not be considered a delay. However, suppliers make every effort to expedite delivery as much as possible, but, being unable to guarantee this, therefore, the online store is not responsible for any delays.
Furniture from the "Modular Furniture" category is modular, which reserves the right for the Supplier to make delivery as the modules arrive from the factory, within an additional 60 working days after the first delivery of the goods to the customer's home.
