Product Overview

ROSSANO table on eight legs: 160 cm on weekdays, 355 for a feast

The longest table in the range. Folded it is 160 by 100 cm at 76 tall and seats six. Extended, the top reaches 355 cm and the support is no longer four legs but eight: a span like that needs holding up in the middle too. Solid Polish furniture is bought online in Israel, and this table usually goes to a house that entertains in numbers.

What it consists of

a top reaching 355 cm when extended
eight legs in solid oak
100 cm deep, wider than an ordinary dining table
76 cm tall
a lacquer resistant to heat and alcohol

Who it suits

For a large family and a house where the table gathers everyone on Saturdays and holidays. At 100 cm it is ten centimetres deeper than usual: there is room for serving dishes down the middle and the plates never crowd each other.

Materials and finish

Solid oak and natural oak veneer, finished oak bianco natural. The lacquer takes high temperatures and alcohol, so a hot mug or a spilled glass leaves no mark. The legs are wood, with no metal anywhere in the range. Made by MEBIN, Poland.

Frequently asked questions

Why eight legs?
A three and a half metre top would sag on four supports. The extra legs hold the middle.

How many people sit down?
Six folded, twelve to fourteen extended, five or six along each long side.

How does it differ from the ROSSANO II table?
In depth and reach: this one is 100 cm and goes to 355, the other is 90 cm and goes to 360. Finish and materials are the same.

DigiMarket, Polish furniture, the whole of Israel: Afula, Tiberias, Nof HaGalil and Katzrin. Chosen online.
