Sofa beds in Israel: a sleeping place every day

Here the bed is not a bonus but the main function. So the thing to look at is the mechanism rather than how the sofa looks folded.

The line between "for guests" and "sleeping every night" runs along the seam. If the sleeping surface folds in half, the seam ends up under the lower back, which is bearable for a week and not for a year. For permanent use people choose models with a level surface and separately check for a linen box: the bedding has to live somewhere.
