Product Overview

SWITCH XV wall unit: a display and a cupboard of one size, white gloss with Wotan oak

Just four pieces across 250 centimetres, the shortest of these six. Two square modules hang side by side and look identical from outside, but one is glazed and the other closed solid. A simple, working device: some things on view, some hidden, and the wall still reads level.

What the set includes and what fits inside

A square WW 3 wall display cabinet, 60 by 60 centimetres and 30 deep. A glazed door with a shelf inside. What separates it from the square cabinet is exactly the glass: the contents stay on view.

A square SW 3 wall cabinet, 60 by 60 centimetres and 30 deep. One shelf inside behind a solid side hung door with no glass. A closed section: the outside reads as a flat plane and the contents stay hidden.

A PW 1 wall shelf 180 centimetres long, 20 deep and about 2 thick. Open, without a lip, it holds books, frames and decor.

An RTV 1 television unit 180 centimetres long, 30 high and 40 deep. The front drops down on struts and stays open, with three compartments inside. A set-top box, a console, a soundbar and the cabling all fit.

How it reads on the wall

Two square modules hang level with each other, the long unit runs beneath and a full width shelf sits above. Across the wall that is 250 centimetres, 150 in height and 40 in depth.

Who it suits

Compact rooms and second bedrooms: only 250 centimetres of wall go to the set, the rest stays open. It suits anyone who wants one display cabinet rather than a wall of glass.

Compact Polish furniture is usually searched for online in Israel: showrooms rarely display the small sets.

Materials and finish

Carcass and fronts in 18 millimetre laminated chipboard with edging all round. Decor white gloss with Wotan oak. No module carries a handle: everything opens on a press, so the fronts read as continuous planes. Blue LED lighting is included in the set and in its price: it sits inside the display cabinets and lights the glass shelves. ASM Meble factory, Poland.

Frequently asked questions

What separates the display from the cupboard here?
Only the door: glazed on one, solid on the other. Carcass and dimensions match.

Can the shelf hang above the display?
Yes, the mounting height is not fixed, so the shelf goes wherever it suits.
