Product Overview

LYON 140/180 extending dining table

A LYON dining table: 140 cm closed and 180 cm extended. Massive legs are interrupted by a white apron, which makes the heavy form read lighter.

How it extends

The top parts on synchronised runners: both halves travel at once and the leaf sets into the middle. One edge is pulled and the table moves the other half itself.

How many it seats

140 by 85 cm gives six places without crowding. Extended, the 180 cm adds two more ends, so eight people fit around a festive table.

Materials and finish

Dimensions: 140 cm long, 85 cm wide, 77 cm high. Extended length 180 cm.

Laminated chipboard with MDF fronts and edges finished all round. Finish: a light Riviera oak carcass with gloss white fronts. Tops use board with raised resistance to scratches and heat, and both runners and hinges close softly. Meble Wojcik factory, Poland.

Frequently asked questions

Is the leaf stored inside the table?
Yes, it stows under the top and needs no separate storage.

What are synchronised runners?
A mechanism where both halves of the top travel together. One person can open the table.

Is the top afraid of heat?
The board carries raised heat resistance, but trivets are still wanted.
