Wardrobes and closets

Wardrobes in Israel: hinged, sliding, corner and bookcases

Choosing a wardrobe starts not with size but with how much clear floor is left in front of it: that decides whether hinged doors work or sliding ones are needed.

The section is divided by door type and by purpose:

Type	How it differs
Hinged	The widest choice of sizes. Opens fully but needs clearance in front.
Sliding	Doors travel along the body, no clearance needed. The mechanism takes some depth.
Corner	Take the corner that otherwise stays empty. A full-length rail inside.
Bookcases	Open shelving and glazed units for books and documents.
Utility	For appliances, equipment and anything that should not stand in view.

A practical rule on depth: for a hanger to sit across and the door to close, a wardrobe needs about 60 cm. With less, clothes hang lengthways on an end rail and far fewer items fit into the same metre of width. A narrow but deep wardrobe therefore often holds more than a wide shallow one.

Where the wardrobe goes

Bedroom models are gathered in Bedroom wardrobes, child room ones in Children wardrobes, and for an entrance see Hallway furniture.

Delivery and assembly

We deliver across Israel. A wardrobe almost always arrives flat-packed, so assembly is priced separately: the amount is shown on the product page by address and floor before you order.
