How modular furniture differs from ready made
A ready composition is sold whole and designed for a particular wall length. A modular collection is a set of separate pieces in one decor: cabinets, display units, stands, shelves, chests, beds. Each is bought on its own, and from them you assemble whatever actually fits your room. If the wall is 260 cm rather than 300, you simply take one module fewer.

Where this furniture comes from
All modular furniture on the site comes from Polish factories: ASM Meble, Meble Wojcik, Helvetia, Laski Meble, Forte and Meblocross. Poland manufactures cabinet furniture for the whole of Europe, and the modular principle is the norm there: a collection is produced in series over many years, so adding a missing module in the same colour a year or two later is realistic, unlike a one off stock batch.

How to work out the make-up. Add the widths of the modules and compare against the wall length, leaving 2 to 3 cm at each end: walls in flats are rarely perfectly true, and a composition calculated to the millimetre runs into the corner. Check the height separately if you plan to hang modules above floor units.
