Product Overview

Comet TV stand: two metres of oak on black iron

Comet lives on contrast: a body with oak doors in a warm natural tone stands on a slim black iron frame, and the top is matt black. It runs two metres long, so the stand takes a whole living room wall and the television stops hovering over empty space. The legs are tall: the cabinet itself is only 30 centimetres of the 53 overall height, the rest is air underneath.

Who it suits

A living room with a big television, where a short stand looks like a toy. A second case is an interior that already has black metal in its lamps or shelving and wants furniture in the same key. A third is a home with a robot vacuum that needs clearance under the furniture.

What you will like

200 centimetres long for a large screen
Oak doors with a matt black top
A slim black iron frame that keeps the piece looking light
Tall legs: a robot vacuum passes underneath
Closed storage behind doors for boxes and cables

Dimensions and what fits

Length 200 centimetres, depth 41, height 53. The cabinet takes only 30 centimetres of that height; the remaining 23 are clearance to the floor. Behind the doors go the set top box, the receiver, the games and the cables that otherwise lie in plain sight.

Materials and quality

Wooden doors in a natural finish, frame and top in metal finished matt black. The combination holds its shape better than an all timber stand of this length: the metal stops the body sagging in the middle.

Frequently asked questions

Will a robot vacuum pass under it? The clearance is 23 centimetres, an ordinary robot goes through freely.

What screen size suits it? At 200 centimetres long the stand carries a 65 inch television and larger with ease.

Are the cables visible? Equipment and cables go behind the doors; only what plugs into the television stays outside.

Assembly and delivery

Arrives disassembled. Two metres makes for a large package, so assembly is easier to order together with the delivery.

Delivery and Assembly

Delivery Time and Shipping Cost:

Delivery and Assembly:

Attention! The cost of delivery and assembly depends on the type of furniture, delivery address, floor, elevator. Therefore the cost of delivery and assembly is set with the store representative at the time of order confirmation. Payment for supplies and the assembly is paid directly to the carrier on the day of receipt of the goods. Delivery to localities that are far from the center of the country, such as: everything further from Karmiel in the north, everything further from Beersheba in the south and Jerusalem, will charge an additional fee of 150 NIS. Delivery to Eilat will be negotiated individually, having previously checked with a customer service representative. If a crane (manof) is required to transport the goods, the client is obliged to find, order and pay for the crane services himself.

Delivery terms:

Delivery times for each product are specified separately. When calculating delivery times, only working days (from Sunday to Thursday of the week, excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays) from the date of receipt of payment from the customer's credit company are taken into account.
There may be delays due to sea delivery when ordering furniture from abroad, which cannot be influenced by the Supplier, in these cases the delivery time will be extended by another 30 working days and will not be considered a delay. However, suppliers make every effort to expedite delivery as much as possible, but, being unable to guarantee this, therefore, the online store is not responsible for any delays.
Furniture from the "Modular Furniture" category is modular, which reserves the right for the Supplier to make delivery as the modules arrive from the factory, within an additional 60 working days after the first delivery of the goods to the customer's home.
