The Moon set: a circle that becomes an oval

A round table seats people facing one another, with no head of the table falling to any one person. The usual drawback of round tables is that they cannot be made longer. Moon has a butterfly mechanism: a 130 centimetre circle parts and becomes a 210 oval. Six chairs come with it.

Who it suits

A family that likes talking at the table: around a circle everyone is heard, while across a long rectangle the person opposite is far away. A second case is a small living room where a rectangular table catches the walkway with its corner. A third is a home with young children, where a sharp corner is one hazard too many.

Dimensions and what fits

Diameter 130 centimetres at 75 high, opening to 210 by 130. The circle seats six, the oval eight to ten. A round table wants more clear space around it than a rectangle of the same area: allow the same 75 centimetres from edge to wall, but all the way round.

The chairs in the set

Six Viktoria chairs. A rounded back suits a round table: the even geometry of the circle and the soft outline balance each other, where a straight hard chair beside a circle looks like an accident.

Materials and quality

MDF top, black metal legs. Moon stands on a central cross base: nobody's knees meet a leg at the perimeter, and one more person fits round it than the diameter suggests.

The leaf is folded in half inside the table. As the two halves of the top part, it unfolds and drops into place by itself, with nothing to lift out separately.

Six at the closed table and eight to ten at the open oval.

No, it ships flat packed in cartons. An assembly service is chosen in the delivery option on this page.

Attention! The cost of delivery and assembly depends on the type of furniture, delivery address, floor, elevator. Therefore the cost of delivery and assembly is set with the store representative at the time of order confirmation. Payment for supplies and the assembly is paid directly to the carrier on the day of receipt of the goods. Delivery to localities that are far from the center of the country, such as: everything further from Karmiel in the north, everything further from Beersheba in the south and Jerusalem, will charge an additional fee of 150 NIS. Delivery to Eilat will be negotiated individually, having previously checked with a customer service representative. If a crane (manof) is required to transport the goods, the client is obliged to find, order and pay for the crane services himself.

Delivery terms:

Delivery times for each product are specified separately. When calculating delivery times, only working days (from Sunday to Thursday of the week, excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays) from the date of receipt of payment from the customer's credit company are taken into account.
There may be delays due to sea delivery when ordering furniture from abroad, which cannot be influenced by the Supplier, in these cases the delivery time will be extended by another 30 working days and will not be considered a delay. However, suppliers make every effort to expedite delivery as much as possible, but, being unable to guarantee this, therefore, the online store is not responsible for any delays.
Furniture from the "Modular Furniture" category is modular, which reserves the right for the Supplier to make delivery as the modules arrive from the factory, within an additional 60 working days after the first delivery of the goods to the customer's home.

Returns/Exchanges and Cancellations Policy

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel the order, it can be canceled within 24 hours without a cancellation fee, after which a cancellation of a transaction will be charged a cancellation fee of approximately 35% of the total order.

Return: Furniture cannot be returned once the package has been opened and/or the furniture has been assembled. In the case of transportation and / or self-assembly of furniture, the guarantee for the products is not provided.

Replacements: If you ordered an item and it turned out that it was not the right size, you can arrange a replacement as needed, provided that the manufacturer allows you to change the size of this model.
