Product Overview

SRB3 stool - bamboo you can stand in the shower

SRB3 is small, but it does something an ordinary wooden step cannot: you can put it inside a shower cubicle without worrying. Unlike ordinary timber, bamboo handles moisture and steam easily, and rather than swelling, warping or growing mould it simply dries out. The top surface is grooved so it does not slip even under wet feet.

Who it suits

A family with a small child: the stool becomes a step at the basin and the child reaches the tap alone. A second scenario is the shower, where a child sits on it during a bath or rests their feet on the lower shelf. A third is adults: sitting while using a hand shower, or raising a leg to shave without losing balance.

What you will like

A grooved top that does not slip even under wet feet
A lower shelf for shoes, toys or odds and ends
Concealed screws with no protruding edges
Bamboo copes with water and steam, does not swell or grow mould
Compact at 33 by 22 by 26 centimetres
Suitable for both children and adults

Dimensions and what fits

33 centimetres long, 22 wide, 26 high. That height brings a child up to an adult basin and lets an adult sit in the shower or rest a foot. The lower shelf takes slippers, bath toys or colouring books if the stool lives in a child's room.

Materials and quality

Bamboo, sustainable and strong. The concealed screws are not only about looks: the stool has no protruding edges to catch on in a tight bathroom. Warranty 12 months.

Can the stool go straight into the shower cubicle? Yes, the manufacturer states so directly. Bamboo is untroubled by water and steam, and the stool simply dries out and keeps its looks.

Will it take an adult? The manufacturer names both uses: a child sitting on it during a bath, and an adult using it to sit under a hand shower or rest a foot while shaving.

Assembly and delivery

Arrives flat packed. Assembly is simple and the screws are concealed. Professional assembly is rarely ordered for an item like this, but it can be added if you want it.

Frequently asked questions

Does the furniture arrive assembled?
No, the stool arrives flat packed. Assembly is simple and one person finishes in a few minutes.

Does the stool slide on wet tile?
The grooved top is what stops your feet slipping. If the tile in your shower is very smooth, stand the stool on a non slip mat.

Will mould appear over time?
The manufacturer states that bamboo does not swell, warp or grow mould but simply dries out. Help it along: do not leave the stool in a closed, unventilated cubicle for weeks.

You can order the SRB3 stool online and we deliver across Israel. In Ashdod and Netanya it is mostly bought by families with toddlers who are ready to reach the basin on their own.

Delivery and Assembly

Delivery Time and Shipping Cost:

Delivery and Assembly:

Attention! The cost of delivery and assembly depends on the type of furniture, delivery address, floor, elevator. Therefore the cost of delivery and assembly is set with the store representative at the time of order confirmation. Payment for supplies and the assembly is paid directly to the carrier on the day of receipt of the goods. Delivery to localities that are far from the center of the country, such as: everything further from Karmiel in the north, everything further from Beersheba in the south and Jerusalem, will charge an additional fee of 150 NIS. Delivery to Eilat will be negotiated individually, having previously checked with a customer service representative. If a crane (manof) is required to transport the goods, the client is obliged to find, order and pay for the crane services himself.

Delivery terms:

Delivery times for each product are specified separately. When calculating delivery times, only working days (from Sunday to Thursday of the week, excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays) from the date of receipt of payment from the customer's credit company are taken into account.
There may be delays due to sea delivery when ordering furniture from abroad, which cannot be influenced by the Supplier, in these cases the delivery time will be extended by another 30 working days and will not be considered a delay. However, suppliers make every effort to expedite delivery as much as possible, but, being unable to guarantee this, therefore, the online store is not responsible for any delays.
Furniture from the "Modular Furniture" category is modular, which reserves the right for the Supplier to make delivery as the modules arrive from the factory, within an additional 60 working days after the first delivery of the goods to the customer's home.
