SRG27 mirror cabinet - doors that close in silence

SRG27 differs from its neighbours in one detail you notice not in the shop but at home at six in the morning: both mirror doors have a silent closing mechanism. Even if you slam them in irritation they glide shut slowly and gently. That saves the hinges and the nerves of whoever is still asleep. A moisture resistant MDF body, 17 centimetres deep.

Who it suits

A flat where the bathroom shares a wall with a bedroom or a child's room: quiet hinges settle the morning noise question. A second scenario is a household on different schedules, where one person leaves early and another sleeps. A third is anyone who simply appreciates furniture that closes softly rather than with a bang.

Dimensions and what fits

Width 66 centimetres, depth 17, height 70. An in between format: wider than the narrow SRG13 and SRG11 but not a full metre like SRG23 and SRG25. For a medium sized bathroom that is usually exactly right. The 17 centimetre depth holds shampoo and conditioner standing up.

Materials and quality

High quality moisture resistant MDF. The manufacturer puts it plainly: the cabinet and shower steam will be friends for years. The silent mechanism is fitted to both doors rather than one, as happens on cheaper models.

What does soft close give you besides quiet? It protects the hinges. A door slammed hard wrecks its mounting within a couple of years; with a damper there is no impact at all and the cabinet lasts longer.

Which width should you choose? 66 centimetres is the middle of the range. For a narrow wall look at SRG13 at 48 centimetres; for maximum storage, SRG23 or SRG25 at a metre.

Assembly and delivery

Arrives flat packed with instructions. The assembly service does NOT include drilling holes in the wall.

Will the damper work loose over time?
The silent mechanism actually reduces wear, because the hinge never takes an impact. Tighten the hinge fixings once a year, as with any wall hung furniture.

Can it hang above the shower?
The MDF is moisture resistant and copes with steam, but no panel likes direct jets of water. Hang it above the basin rather than in the shower zone.

Attention! The cost of delivery and assembly depends on the type of furniture, delivery address, floor, elevator. Therefore the cost of delivery and assembly is set with the store representative at the time of order confirmation. Payment for supplies and the assembly is paid directly to the carrier on the day of receipt of the goods. Delivery to localities that are far from the center of the country, such as: everything further from Karmiel in the north, everything further from Beersheba in the south and Jerusalem, will charge an additional fee of 150 NIS. Delivery to Eilat will be negotiated individually, having previously checked with a customer service representative. If a crane (manof) is required to transport the goods, the client is obliged to find, order and pay for the crane services himself.

Delivery terms:

Delivery times for each product are specified separately. When calculating delivery times, only working days (from Sunday to Thursday of the week, excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays) from the date of receipt of payment from the customer's credit company are taken into account.
There may be delays due to sea delivery when ordering furniture from abroad, which cannot be influenced by the Supplier, in these cases the delivery time will be extended by another 30 working days and will not be considered a delay. However, suppliers make every effort to expedite delivery as much as possible, but, being unable to guarantee this, therefore, the online store is not responsible for any delays.
Furniture from the "Modular Furniture" category is modular, which reserves the right for the Supplier to make delivery as the modules arrive from the factory, within an additional 60 working days after the first delivery of the goods to the customer's home.

Returns/Exchanges and Cancellations Policy

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel the order, it can be canceled within 24 hours without a cancellation fee, after which a cancellation of a transaction will be charged a cancellation fee of approximately 35% of the total order.

Return: Furniture cannot be returned once the package has been opened and/or the furniture has been assembled. In the case of transportation and / or self-assembly of furniture, the guarantee for the products is not provided.

Replacements: If you ordered an item and it turned out that it was not the right size, you can arrange a replacement as needed, provided that the manufacturer allows you to change the size of this model.
