Product Overview

MITA 156: half-round ribs on the front and push to open

The MITA fronts are made of half-round vertical ribs set close, one against the next. This is the reeded line everyone is after right now: light lands on the ribs in soft highlights and shifts as you walk past. Colour white matt.

Who it suits

For a living room, a bedroom and a teenager's room. The unit hangs on the wall and leaves clean floor beneath it, and if you would rather use the floor, legs go on in place of the fixings.

What you will like

fronts milled in a half-round profile for a sense of depth
push to open, with no handles on the fronts at all
three doors: two at the ends and one closing part of the centre
an open niche in the middle, halved by a glass shelf
fixed to a wall or standing on legs, the owner chooses

Length 156 cm, depth 31 cm. Hung it stands 31 cm tall, on 15 cm legs the overall height comes to 46 cm. A depth of 31 cm is less than an ordinary unit, so in a narrow room it does not eat the walkway.

How does MITA differ from the similar VINA unit? The sizes and the inner layout are the same, but the milling differs: MITA has close half-round ribs, VINA has wide faceted bands with a sharp edge.

How do the doors open without handles? By pressing: a push to open system releases the door at a light touch of a finger. That keeps the front continuous and leaves the milling unbroken by a handle.

Materials and finish

Carcass in 16 mm laminated board, fronts in 16 mm MDF with decorative milling. Colour: white matt. Warranty 12 months. BIM Furniture, Poland.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of wall does a hung unit need?
Plasterboard holds it only on special anchors, concrete and block on ordinary ones. The empty unit weighs 24 kg, plus whatever goes inside.

Are the legs included?
Yes, both the wall fixings and 15 cm legs are included. The choice is made when it goes up and can be changed later.

Delivery and Assembly

Delivery Time and Shipping Cost:

Delivery and Assembly:

Attention! The cost of delivery and assembly depends on the type of furniture, delivery address, floor, elevator. Therefore the cost of delivery and assembly is set with the store representative at the time of order confirmation. Payment for supplies and the assembly is paid directly to the carrier on the day of receipt of the goods. Delivery to localities that are far from the center of the country, such as: everything further from Karmiel in the north, everything further from Beersheba in the south and Jerusalem, will charge an additional fee of 150 NIS. Delivery to Eilat will be negotiated individually, having previously checked with a customer service representative. If a crane (manof) is required to transport the goods, the client is obliged to find, order and pay for the crane services himself.

Delivery terms:

Delivery times for each product are specified separately. When calculating delivery times, only working days (from Sunday to Thursday of the week, excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays) from the date of receipt of payment from the customer's credit company are taken into account.
There may be delays due to sea delivery when ordering furniture from abroad, which cannot be influenced by the Supplier, in these cases the delivery time will be extended by another 30 working days and will not be considered a delay. However, suppliers make every effort to expedite delivery as much as possible, but, being unable to guarantee this, therefore, the online store is not responsible for any delays.
Furniture from the "Modular Furniture" category is modular, which reserves the right for the Supplier to make delivery as the modules arrive from the factory, within an additional 60 working days after the first delivery of the goods to the customer's home.
