SWITCH XVI wall unit: tall glazed columns, closed centre, white gloss with Wotan oak

Full strength glass here: a pair of cabinets 180 centimetres high anchor both ends of the composition and read right through. Between them sit two closed square cupboards, a shelf and a long unit below the screen.

What the set includes and what fits inside

A tall WW 1 wall display cabinet, a vertical module 40 centimetres wide, 180 tall and 30 deep. The door is glazed over its full height with shelves inside. A cabinet this size works as an accent: it is visible from anywhere in the room, so what goes inside should be worth showing. The set includes two of them.

A square SW 3 wall cabinet, 60 by 60 centimetres and 30 deep. One shelf inside behind a solid side hung door with no glass. A closed section: the outside reads as a flat plane and the contents stay hidden. The set includes two of them.

A PW 1 wall shelf 180 centimetres long, 20 deep and about 2 thick. Open, without a lip, it holds books, frames and decor.

An RTV 1 television unit 180 centimetres long, 30 high and 40 deep. The front drops down on struts and stays open, with three compartments inside. A set-top box, a console, a soundbar and the cabling all fit.

How it reads on the wall

Glazed columns occupy both ends and read right through; a pair of solid square cupboards and a shelf fill the centre, with the unit below the screen. Height 180 centimetres, width 330, depth 40.

Carcass and fronts in 18 millimetre laminated chipboard with edging all round. Decor white gloss with Wotan oak.
