Diverso IV corner sofa 273 by 291 cm, a seat on battery power

A deeper system than its sister Diverso II: a 110 cm row against 103, and a 55 cm seat depth against 52. Seven centimetres sounds like nothing until you sit down; at this depth you can sit with your feet up rather than upright only.

Who it suits

A large living room where the sofa faces into the space instead of hugging a wall. And anyone who spends whole evenings on it: one seat reclines under power, so you never have to get up to change position.

What you will like

powered seat with a footrest, running on a battery
bed 210 by 115 cm
bedding box in the end pouf
headrests adjust individually
seat depth 55 cm, seat height 46 cm

Size in practice

Sides 273 and 291 cm, row depth 110 cm, 79 cm high at the back. This is a large sofa: allow a room of at least four metres along the long wall plus a walkway. The decorative cushions in the photos are not included, as the factory catalogue states.

Fabric and finish

The upholstery is chosen from the full UNIMEBEL fabric catalogue, four groups to pick from. Full-size colour samples are on this page, and the price depends on the group.

Does the battery need a wall socket? The powered seat runs on a battery, so no cable has to reach the sofa; the battery is charged and put back. On the base Diverso collection the battery is a paid extra, here it comes with the module.

How does Diverso IV differ from Diverso II? By depth. Diverso IV has a 110 cm row and a 55 cm seat, Diverso II has 103 and 52. Diverso IV is deeper and softer to sit in; Diverso II is more compact and fits a smaller room better.
