Buy WS CHEST Writing Desk (White)

WS CHEST Writing Desk – White, with a Reversible Pedestal

If you're setting up a workspace at home – in a study, a living-room corner or a teenager's room – this desk does two jobs at once: it gives you a spacious worktop and hides paperwork in the pedestal. Made by the Spanish factory FORES HABITAT in clean white, it keeps a room feeling light and pairs with any furniture. Its key feature is reversible assembly: mount the pedestal on the right or the left to suit your layout.

Who it's for

The desk works equally well in a home office for laptop work and in a teen's room for studying. At 138 cm wide there's room for a laptop or monitor plus notebooks and documents – with space to spare. A compact 60 cm depth lets it sit along a wall without crowding the room.

What you'll love

• Reversible pedestal – assemble it on the right or left, for your layout and for right- or left-handers
• Two pull-out drawers – stationery, cables and small items within reach
• A door with a compartment – handy for hiding documents or gear
• Spacious 138 × 60 cm worktop – laptop, monitor and paperwork together
• Clean white finish – freshens a study or a child's room

Dimensions and what fits

Desk size: 138 cm wide, 60 cm deep, 74 cm high – a standard working height, comfortable with an ordinary chair or an office chair. The two-drawer-and-door pedestal is built into the side, so it doesn't take legroom under the worktop.

Materials and quality

The body is white melamine board with PVC edging – a practical surface that wipes clean. The desk ships flat-packed for self-assembly with instructions. Manufacturer's warranty: 12 months.

Which writing desk to choose for a small home office? WS CHEST is a compact 138 cm desk with a side pedestal (two drawers and a door) that mounts on either side. The white colour and clean shape make it versatile – at home in a study or a pupil's room.

Can this desk go in a child's room? Yes. The neutral white colour and simple rectangular shape suit a study spot for a child or teenager, and the pedestal helps keep notebooks and supplies in order.
