SWITCH XIX wall unit: four squares in alternation, Wotan oak

Same size, different purpose: four square modules, two glazed and two solid. Their alternation sets the rhythm, while two units and a shelf run beneath.

What the set includes and what fits inside

An RTV 2 television unit 120 centimetres long, 30 high and 40 deep. The front drops on struts with two compartments inside. Two of them hang in one line to make a base 240 centimetres long. The set includes two of them.

A PW 1 wall shelf 180 centimetres long, 20 deep and about 2 thick. Open, without a lip, it holds books, frames and decor.

A square SW 3 wall cabinet, 60 by 60 centimetres and 30 deep. One shelf inside behind a solid side hung door with no glass. A closed section: the outside reads as a flat plane and the contents stay hidden. The set includes two of them.

A square WW 3 wall display cabinet, 60 by 60 centimetres and 30 deep. A glazed door with a shelf inside. What separates it from the square cabinet is exactly the glass: the contents stay on view. The set includes two of them.

How it reads on the wall

Squares alternate one by one: glass, solid door, glass, solid door. A pair of units in a single line and a long shelf run underneath. The set is 280 wide, 180 tall and 40 deep.

Who it suits

Anyone who likes order in a composition: four identical squares read as a considered grid, yet half of them stay closed and half show what is inside.

Polish furniture keeps its price in Israel because the online shop works straight with the factory.

Materials and finish

Carcass and fronts in 18 millimetre laminated chipboard with edging all round. Decor Wotan oak. No module carries a handle: everything opens on a press, so the fronts read as continuous planes. Blue LED lighting is included in the set and in its price: it sits inside the display cabinets and lights the glass shelves. ASM Meble factory, Poland.

Frequently asked questions

How do I tell glass from a solid door?
The photograph shows it: the modules lit from within are glazed, the flat planes are closed.

Can the modules swap places?
Yes, each hangs separately and the order is yours.

More about this piece

Laminated chipboard

Wood particles pressed into a solid board and faced with laminate on both sides. The workhorse of cabinet furniture: holds its shape, tolerates everyday moisture, wipes clean.

Gloss finish

Reflects light and makes a piece look lighter. Fingerprints show more on dark gloss, so it needs wiping more often.

Wall-mounted

Fixed to the wall with clear floor beneath: easier cleaning, lighter-looking room. Fixings depend on your wall type and are not supplied.

Made in Poland

Shipped straight from the factory, built to European furniture manufacturing standards.
