INDYGO Wall Shelf 110 cm – for books and picture frames, green front
A plain wall shelf 110 cm long with a lip along the edge. It goes above a desk, a sofa or a chest and covers the job people usually buy a whole shelving unit for: keeping a dozen books, photo frames and small things within reach without taking up floor space. It holds up to 3 kg, and that figure comes from the factory itself.
A finish with character: Wotan oak and muted green. Against a light wall a green shelf becomes the accent itself, which is why people hang it where they would rather do without a picture.
Who it suits
Above a desk, where reference books and folders end up at arm's length while the worktop stays clear. Above a sofa in the living room, holding frames and a couple of books instead of a picture. In a child's room above the bed, when books need a home and there is nowhere for a shelving unit.

Sizes and what fits
110 cm long, 22 cm from front to back, 20 cm tall. The depth suits ordinary books and 15 by 20 frames, while large albums will overhang the edge. Along its length that is roughly ten hardbacks placed side by side, or a looser arrangement of frames and small objects.
Materials and build
Laminated chipboard with banded edges and a surface that takes damp cleaning. Wall fixings are supplied. GALA MEBLE of Poland has been in production since 1980. Warranty 12 months.
How many books will a wall shelf hold? The factory sets the limit at 3 kg, which is about ten paperbacks or six or seven hardbacks. The shelf is meant for books and decor, not for a stack of encyclopaedias or a record collection.
What kind of wall can it go on? On concrete and brick the supplied fixings hold it. Plasterboard needs anchors matched to that type of wall, chosen on site: our fitter brings them along when assembly is ordered with the delivery.
Assembly and delivery
The shelf arrives flat-packed with fixings and instructions. Hanging it is not difficult, but it has to sit level and land on a sound point in the wall, so most people add the fitting to the delivery of the rest of the collection. Delivery and assembly are quoted by address and paid separately.

Does it arrive assembled?
The shelf comes flat-packed with fixings. You can hang it yourself given a drill and a spirit level, or add the fitting to your delivery.
Will it hold heavy books?
The factory limit is 3 kg. That is fine for a dozen ordinary books, but heavy albums and encyclopaedias need a different shelf.
Are fixings included?
Yes, standard fixings are in the box. For plasterboard walls the anchors are chosen separately, to match the wall.

Attention! The cost of delivery and assembly depends on the type of furniture, delivery address, floor, elevator. Therefore the cost of delivery and assembly is set with the store representative at the time of order confirmation. Payment for supplies and the assembly is paid directly to the carrier on the day of receipt of the goods. Delivery to localities that are far from the center of the country, such as: everything further from Karmiel in the north, everything further from Beersheba in the south and Jerusalem, will charge an additional fee of 150 NIS. Delivery to Eilat will be negotiated individually, having previously checked with a customer service representative. If a crane (manof) is required to transport the goods, the client is obliged to find, order and pay for the crane services himself.
Delivery times for each product are specified separately. When calculating delivery times, only working days (from Sunday to Thursday of the week, excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays) from the date of receipt of payment from the customer's credit company are taken into account.
There may be delays due to sea delivery when ordering furniture from abroad, which cannot be influenced by the Supplier, in these cases the delivery time will be extended by another 30 working days and will not be considered a delay. However, suppliers make every effort to expedite delivery as much as possible, but, being unable to guarantee this, therefore, the online store is not responsible for any delays.
Furniture from the "Modular Furniture" category is modular, which reserves the right for the Supplier to make delivery as the modules arrive from the factory, within an additional 60 working days after the first delivery of the goods to the customer's home.
