Clasik X two-seat sofa 132 cm – relax in both seats

A two-seat sofa with the relax mechanism in both seats: each reclines on its own, independently of its neighbour. That is an important difference from the three-seater of the same collection, where the relax is only in the two outer seats.

Who it suits

A couple who watch films together: each reclines when they want without dragging the other along. And a television room, which is exactly how the factory describes the purpose of the collection.

Size and what to keep in mind

This sofa has no sleeping surface; it is furniture for sitting. And the main planning point: the mechanisms need room on both sides. 30 to 40 cm behind for the backs to recline, and space in front for the raised footrests. The sofa is deep at 99 cm and takes noticeably more when reclined.

The upholstery is chosen from the full UNIMEBEL fabric catalogue, four groups to pick from. Full-size colour samples are on this page, and the price depends on the group.

Does the relax work in both seats? Yes, the factory price list says so plainly: the mechanism sits in both seats. On the three-seat sofa of the same collection the mechanism is only in the two outer seats and the middle one does not recline.

Does this sofa fold out into a bed? No, it has no sleeping surface. Relax means reclining the back and lifting the footrest, not a bed. For a bed, look at Clasik V or Clasik VIII.

Delivery and assembly

Made by the Polish factory UNIMEBEL. We deliver and assemble it ourselves and take the packaging away. Delivery and assembly are paid separately and calculated for your address.

How much room is needed behind?
Leave 30 to 40 cm to the wall. The factory does not publish the exact travel of the backs, so our figure carries a margin rather than being a guess.

How does it differ from the Clasik XI sofa?
By three centimetres of length and four of depth: 132 by 99 cm against 129 by 95 cm. The price is the same.
