Product Overview

ISLA transformer table: a coffee table by day, a dining table by night

A table 130 cm long and 80 deep that changes both height and length. A pneumatic lift raises the top from 59 to 77 cm, and the sliding mechanism takes the length to 218 cm. The column is built from solid grooved oak and a black furniture board, the top is natural oak veneer.

What it consists of

a top in natural oak veneer
a column of solid grooved oak and a black board
a pneumatic lift, height from 59 to 77 cm
extends from 130 to 218 cm
a lacquer resistant to heat and alcohol
two finishes to choose from

Who it suits

For a flat where the living and dining rooms are one space. On an ordinary day it stands low beside the sofa, and for guests it rises to dining height and extends. One piece answers two needs instead of two pieces.

Materials and finish

A top in natural oak veneer on oak legs with the same vertical grooves as the fronts of the range. The lacquer stands up to heat and alcohol, so a hot mug or a spilled glass leaves no mark. Two finishes, chosen as an option at no extra cost. Made by MEBIN, Poland.

Frequently asked questions

How does it rise?
A pneumatic lift: the top travels up under a light push and holds at any height between 59 and 77 cm.

Are lifting and extending one movement?
No, they are two mechanisms: the lift changes height, the sliding top changes length. Either can be used on its own.

What separates the two colours?
The wood is the same in both, rustikal. The insert differs: black notte or white bianco. The choice sits on this page and costs nothing extra.
