Product Overview

AWINION 156 cm TV unit: closed ends, open middle

The longest unit of the range: 156 cm across the front, 61 tall and 45 deep. A framed door sits at each end and an open bay with two shelves runs between them. The white body carries an oak veneer top in a warm walnut tone, and that contrast runs through the whole range. A fretted plinth carries the piece.

What it consists of

The factory describes the piece as follows: 2 doors, 2 shelves, an open bay in the middle, overlay hinges without a soft close, steel handles in an old gold finish, the base is a plinth.

Who it suits

A calm, classic living room where the electronics stay within reach and the cables stay out of sight. The open middle leaves the console and the receiver some air, and the remote works straight through it. Polish classics tend to be ordered in this length across Israel: a metre and a half of front carries a large screen without shrinking beside it.

Materials and finish

The carcass and the fronts are MDF board faced with oak veneer outside and alder veneer inside, in white 18. The top is furniture board in oak veneer, Italian walnut 11, and the cornice is solid oak in the same tone. The finish is matt. MEBDOM factory, Poland.

Frequently asked questions

What fits in the open bay?
The bay runs the full depth of the body and two shelves split it into three tiers, so the console, the receiver and the soundbar each get a place.

Do the doors close softly?
No, the hinges here are overlay hinges without a soft close. The leaf is pushed home by hand, and in exchange the mechanism is simple and adjusts with a screwdriver.

Why is the top darker than the body?
That is how the range is drawn: white 18 on the carcass and the fronts, Italian walnut 11 on the top and the cornice.

How wide a screen will stand on it?
The front is 156 cm, and even a very large screen rarely needs more than 120 cm of stand, so there is room left at both ends.

Delivery and Assembly

Delivery Time and Shipping Cost:

Delivery and Assembly:

Attention! The cost of delivery and assembly depends on the type of furniture, delivery address, floor, elevator. Therefore the cost of delivery and assembly is set with the store representative at the time of order confirmation. Payment for supplies and the assembly is paid directly to the carrier on the day of receipt of the goods. Delivery to localities that are far from the center of the country, such as: everything further from Karmiel in the north, everything further from Beersheba in the south and Jerusalem, will charge an additional fee of 150 NIS. Delivery to Eilat will be negotiated individually, having previously checked with a customer service representative. If a crane (manof) is required to transport the goods, the client is obliged to find, order and pay for the crane services himself.

Delivery terms:

Delivery times for each product are specified separately. When calculating delivery times, only working days (from Sunday to Thursday of the week, excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays) from the date of receipt of payment from the customer's credit company are taken into account.
There may be delays due to sea delivery when ordering furniture from abroad, which cannot be influenced by the Supplier, in these cases the delivery time will be extended by another 30 working days and will not be considered a delay. However, suppliers make every effort to expedite delivery as much as possible, but, being unable to guarantee this, therefore, the online store is not responsible for any delays.
Furniture from the "Modular Furniture" category is modular, which reserves the right for the Supplier to make delivery as the modules arrive from the factory, within an additional 60 working days after the first delivery of the goods to the customer's home.
