Oliwia H armchair 70 cm with a sewn-in headrest

Oliwia H armchair 70 cm – the headrest is sewn into the back

An armchair with a high back of 99 cm, and the headrest is not fitted on top but sewn into the back itself, in one line with no seam. The sides are of curved wood with openwork cut-outs, through which the same fabric as on the chair shows.

Who it suits

Anyone who reads or watches a film in the evening and wants to rest their head: 99 cm of back is enough for a person of any height. And a classic interior, since the factory calls Oliwia H one of its most classic patterns, and the wood here works as ornament rather than as a frame.

What you will like

the headrest is sewn into the back, not clipped on top
a 99 cm back, support up to the nape
openwork wooden sides, with the chair's fabric showing through
seat depth 56 cm, seat height 43 cm
70 cm across, 93 cm deep

Size and what to keep in mind

The chair is deep at 93 cm, and in a room that shows more than the 70 cm frontage: measure the space from the wall, not by width. A seat depth of 56 cm lets you lean back and tuck one leg up. If you want light furniture with a low silhouette, the Oliwia family has D, where the back is 80 cm.

Fabric and finish

The upholstery is chosen from the full UNIMEBEL fabric catalogue, four groups to pick from. Full-size colour samples are on this page, and the price depends on the group.

What are the openwork panels in the sides? The wooden side is not solid: it has cut-outs, and the chair's upholstery shows through them. The fabric colour becomes part of the pattern of the wood rather than merely sitting next to it.

Does the headrest adjust? No, it is sewn into the back and fixed. That is not a drawback: there is no seam to collect dust over the years, and the back holds its shape.

Delivery and assembly

Made by the Polish factory UNIMEBEL. We deliver and assemble it ourselves and take the packaging away. Delivery and assembly are paid separately and calculated for your address.
