Product Overview

Filter Pitcher Aquaphor ONYX. Elegant design inspired by nature. New shockproof housing. The volume of the jug is 4.2 liters. The replaceable module lasts 1 month. Heavy-duty Tritan ™ housing

The graceful design of the ONYX jug is combined with its large resource of 200 liters and the ability to deeply purify water from harmful impurities, foreign tastes and odors.

“ONYX” is blown like a real glass jug. It is made with Eastman Tritan ™ copolyester, a material that combines the best of glass and plastic. The case is surprisingly unpretentious, so “ONYX” will remain as transparent as on the day of purchase, even after 100 cycles in the dishwasher. Tritan ™ is completely safe in contact with food.

Thanks to the round bottom, “ONYX” is more stable than conventional filter jugs. You cannot accidentally overturn it. However, if a child drops it, the jug will not break, which makes ONYX safe for use in families with small children.

To always drink clean water, it is important to remember about timely replacement of the module in the jug. The mechanical counter of the ONYX jug will help you with this. It takes into account the filtered liters - every time you open the lid to pour water. The date of the module replacement is determined as accurately as possible.

The MAXFOR + Mg cartridge retains natural magnesium in water, which is beneficial for the functioning of the heart and blood vessels. According to the WHO, magnesium is the most scarce mineral for the population of the Earth: it is very difficult to get the norm of magnesium with the usual diet in the city, and its deficiency causes diseases of the nervous and cardiovascular systems.

Water purification with a filter jug.

The jug filter is a flow filter. The water is purified while it flows through the cartridge by gravity. Inside the cartridge are densely packed granules of activated carbon and ion-exchange resin. Activated carbon absorbs harmful impurities: chlorine, pesticides, oil products and other toxins, making the water clear, removing foreign smell and taste. The resin reduces the hardness of the water and slows down the formation of limescale. Large mechanical impurities: rust, sand, silt - the cartridge retains like a sieve.

In Aquaphor water filter jugs, activated carbon and resin are mixed with Aqualen fiber (a patented invention of the company). Thanks to Aqualen, the cartridge lasts longer, and the water cannot wash its "channels" and pass without cleaning: Aqualen holds the granules tightly together, like the roots of a tree do the soil.

How often do you change the cartridge?

The main thing when using a filter jug is to change the cartridges on time. This way you and your loved ones will always drink clean, safe water. The cartridge does not release impurities back into the water at the end of the resource, but it ceases to cope with water purification.

Liter counter. It will be easier to change the cartridge in time if you have an Aquaphor filter jug with a resource indicator: a mechanical counter is installed on the jug lid, which will always help you and tell you about the time to change the cartridge. Just when changing a new cartridge, set it to 100.
