Clasik VIII armchair 74 cm, without the relax mechanism

Clasik VIII armchair 74 cm – the same chair, without the mechanism

A classic armchair with a deep 59 cm seat and a 99 cm back. The factory lists a stable and durable base for it, and a seat of high-grade foam.

Who it suits

Anyone who wants a deep armchair with no surplus mechanics: there is nothing here to break, and it costs noticeably less than the relax version. And a living room with two chairs, where one can be taken with the mechanism and one without, at two prices.

What you will like

• seat depth 59 cm, room to tuck your feet up
• a 99 cm back, support almost to the nape
• a high-grade foam seat
• 74 cm across, 97 cm deep, seat height 44 cm
• a stable and durable base

Size and what to keep in mind

This is a large chair at 74 by 97 cm, so measure from the wall. The seat height of 44 cm is easy to rise from, and the 59 cm depth is among the largest at UNIMEBEL: in a chair like this you genuinely sit rather than perch. Beside it in the collection stands an identical chair with a relax mechanism; their dimensions match completely.

Fabric and finish

The upholstery is chosen from the full UNIMEBEL fabric catalogue, four groups to pick from. Full-size colour samples are on this page, and the price depends on the group.

How does it differ from the Clasik VIII relax armchair? Only in the mechanism. The dimensions match to the centimetre: 74x97x99 with a seat of 59 by 44 cm. The difference is the price and whether the back reclines.

What is inside the seat? High-grade foam, as the factory itself writes about this collection. It does not disclose the density or grade, so we quote no figures.
