Clasik VIII recliner armchair 74 cm, mechanical

Clasik VIII recliner 74 cm – mechanical, no socket needed

The same Clasik VIII armchair, but with a relax mechanism. The factory says one concrete thing about it: a wide range of adjustment. The mechanism is mechanical, working from the movement of your body, so no socket is needed.

Who it suits

Anyone who wants to lean back in the evening rather than sit upright: a seat depth of 59 cm and a wide range of adjustment give several positions, from working to nearly lying down. And a room with no socket in the right corner, where an electric chair could not stand.

What you will like

• a relax mechanism with a wide range of adjustment
• mechanical, no cable and no socket
• seat depth 59 cm, seat height 44 cm
• 74 cm across, 97 cm deep, a 99 cm back
• a high-grade foam seat

Size and what to keep in mind

A recliner needs room behind: reclined, the chair moves backwards and cannot stand flush against a wall. Leave 30 to 40 cm, since the factory does not publish the exact travel and we give a figure with a margin. Across the front and in depth the chair matches the version without the mechanism to the centimetre.

Fabric and finish

The upholstery is chosen from the full UNIMEBEL fabric catalogue, four groups to pick from. Full-size colour samples are on this page, and the price depends on the group.

Does it need a socket? No, the mechanism is mechanical: the position changes with the movement of your body. That is cheaper and simpler to maintain than an electric recliner, and it does not tie the chair to a wall with a socket.

Is the mechanism worth the extra? The chair without it is the same piece with the same dimensions and the same filling. The extra buys exactly the ability to recline the back. If the chair faces a television, yes; if it stands by a table, probably not.

Delivery and assembly

Made by the Polish factory UNIMEBEL. We deliver and assemble it ourselves and take the packaging away. Delivery and assembly are paid separately and calculated for your address.
