Oliwia M armchair 71 cm – the wood is bent, not applied

An armchair with bent wooden sides: the wood here is not a facing applied to an upholstered body but a curved part that holds the shape of the chair. The factory calls the finish of this model exceptional and builds the whole pattern on it.

Who it suits

A modern living room that wants neither classical scrollwork nor bare minimalism. And a room where the chair stands on its own, in plain view: the bent side reads from every direction, not only from the front.

What you will like

bent wooden sides, wood colour of your choice
seat depth 56 cm, room to sit leaning back
seat height 43 cm
71 cm across, 95 cm deep, 91 cm high
fabrics from the shared UNIMEBEL catalogue, four groups

Size and what to keep in mind

This is the deepest armchair in the Oliwia family at 95 cm. Across the front it is only 71 cm, and it is easy to underestimate the room it takes: measure from the wall. In return you really sit in it rather than perch. The back is 91 cm, up to the shoulder but not the nape; if you want head support, the family has H with a 99 cm back and a sewn-in headrest.

Fabric and finish

The upholstery is chosen from the full UNIMEBEL fabric catalogue, four groups to pick from. Full-size colour samples are on this page, and the price depends on the group.

How does Oliwia M differ from the other Oliwias? In the bent wood and the stitching. On D the wood is set into the side as a facing, on H the side carries openwork cut-outs, and here the part is curved in one piece. The seating differs too: the M seats are the highest in the family.

Can the wood colour be matched to the floor? Yes, the shade comes from the UNIMEBEL range and carries a surcharge. Send us a photo of the floor and we will say which shade sits closest.
