JANTAR chest of drawers, 2 doors and 3 drawers, 180 cm, plinth base

JANTAR sideboard with drawers on a plinth, 180 cm

The combination for a dining room where furniture stands firmly. Three drawers and two doors across a metre eighty, a timber plinth instead of legs, 71 cm of height. A chest like this does not look like something to be nudged with one hand, and that is its virtue: it holds the wall and serves as a work surface when the table is busy.

What it is made of

• a section of three drawers
• two doors with closed compartments
• plinth along the whole base of the carcass
• the band is ordered in oak, in black glass, in marble HPL or lit
• black grip line on every front
• rustic oak, lacquered

Who it suits

A dining room where the chest stands along the wall and takes on the serving: 71 cm is a comfortable height for setting down dishes and pouring. A home with a rug, where legs would sink into the pile. And anyone assembling a room from several JANTAR pieces: on plinths they line up along the floor and the arrangement looks composed.

Size and what fits

Front 180 cm, depth 52 cm, top edge at 71 cm. The three drawers take about a third of the length and the rest is closed by doors. The depth swallows large plates, tureens and boxes that will not go into an ordinary chest.

How it sits in the room

A continuous base means the chest needs a level spot: on stepped tiling it will rock, and packing under a plinth shows. On the other hand no gap is left between plinth and wall for small things to fall into. Leave half a metre clear in front of the drawers.

Materials and finish

One material throughout: solid oak and board faced with natural oak veneer. Rustic oak tone, lacquer finish. MEBIN factory, Polish manufacture. A year of warranty.
