The standard depth of a kitchen base unit is 60 cm, and the height with legs about 85 cm so the worktop lines up with the rest of the kitchen. If the unit is being added to an existing kitchen, measure your own worktop height before ordering: kitchens from different years differ by 3 to 5 cm, and the step at the joint shows immediately.
