| Device | What goes into it |
|---|---|
| Jugs | MAXFOR+ and A5 series modules, including versions with magnesium (Mg). One module fits every jug in the range: Compact, Ametist, Jasper, Onyx. |
| Under sink flow filters | Modules K2, K5, K7 and K7M. Changed as a set rather than singly, because the stages work in sequence. |
| Reverse osmosis | Pre-filters separately and the membrane separately. The membrane outlasts the cartridges and is changed less often; it differs by system: RO-50S for some, Pro 50 and Pro 100 for others. |
| Bottles | Its own cartridge for the AQUAPHOR City filter bottle; jug modules do not fit it. |
Why to check this before buying
The mistake is usually the same one: somebody buys a system and six months later finds the module has to be ordered separately and waited for. So before buying it is worth checking whether cartridges for that exact model are in stock, and how many come in the box. Some jugs on the site already include a set of 4 or 13 modules, and that changes the arithmetic for a couple of years ahead.
Module life is stated in litres, not months. The figure in months is a conversion for an average household, and if you drink more, the module runs out ahead of the calendar. The sign that it is time to change is simple: the water starts flowing more slowly, or the taste comes back.
Sections
All replacement modules are in Replacement cartridges, split into under sink systems, jugs and bottles and osmosis membranes. The devices themselves are in Water filtration systems.
