FLY 42: a window instead of full glazing, Kaszmir

A column of 40 by 170 at a depth of 29 in which only part of the front carries glass. What you get is a single lit window, with the rest of the plane closed. The wall reads calmer than it would with a fully glazed cabinet, yet the accent stays.

What it consists of

Three glass shelves sit inside, and the lighting is carried into the middle zone where it shows through the window even with the door shut. Behind the solid part of the front everything you would rather not display stays hidden. There is one door, it opens on a press, and the hinge side is chosen when it goes up.

Who it suits

For a small collection: the window shows five or six pieces rather than twenty. A frequent choice for a bedroom or a room where guests sit, since the cabinet glows softly and leaves the wall quiet.
