FLY SBK: a unit with a live flame at its centre, Kaszmir

A long wall hung carcass of 160 by 40 at a depth of 40 with a bio fireplace insert at its middle. The flame burns bioethanol: no flue, no chimney and no ash left behind, which is why the fire can go up in an ordinary flat.

What it consists of

Two doors sit at the ends, each hiding one compartment for equipment and small things. The centre is given to a metal burner with a rectangular flame window. The fronts open on a press and carry no handles. The module weighs 32 kg.

Who it suits

For a living room after evening light without the television taking the lead. The unit hangs alone or together with a panel or the columns of the range. The second case is a bedroom: the flame stands in for a night lamp while books rest at either end.

Materials and finish

Chipboard with a laminate face, carcass and fronts in one Kaszmir decor: a warm grey beige tone with no grain drawn on it. The surface is matt and keeps no fingerprints, unlike the gloss versions of the same range. ASM Meble factory, Poland, twelve month guarantee.

Frequently asked questions

How long does one fill burn?
That depends on the burner and the volume of fuel, with two or three hours a fair guide for inserts of this kind.

Is fuel included?
No, bioethanol is bought separately, and the module carries the burner only.

More about this piece

Laminated chipboard

Wood particles pressed into a solid board and faced with laminate on both sides. The workhorse of cabinet furniture: holds its shape, tolerates everyday moisture, wipes clean.

Gloss finish

Reflects light and makes a piece look lighter. Fingerprints show more on dark gloss, so it needs wiping more often.

Matt finish

No reflections, and it hides fingerprints and light scratches. In a small room it reads calmer than gloss.

Wall-mounted

Fixed to the wall with clear floor beneath: easier cleaning, lighter-looking room. Fixings depend on your wall type and are not supplied.

Manufacturer warranty

The factory warranty runs 12 месяцев from delivery. It covers material and assembly defects, but not natural wear or damage caused by misuse.

Made in Poland

Shipped straight from the factory, built to European furniture manufacturing standards.
