FLY SBK: a chest with a live flame at its centre, Kaszmir

A long wall hung carcass of 160 by 40 at a depth of 40 with a bio fireplace insert at its middle. The flame burns bioethanol: no flue, no chimney and no ash left behind, which is why the fire can go up in an ordinary flat.

What it consists of

Two doors sit at the ends, each hiding one compartment for equipment and small things. The centre is given to a metal burner with a rectangular flame window. The fronts open on a press and carry no handles. The module weighs 32 kg.

Who it suits

For a living room after evening light without the television taking the lead. The chest hangs alone or together with a panel or the columns of the range. The second case is a bedroom: the flame stands in for a night lamp while books rest at either end.
