A wide composition over 320 centimetres where the upper cabinets carry glass across their middle only. The light gathers at two points while the ends stay closed, and the wall reads calmer than it would with continuous glass bands.

What it consists of

Two units of 160 centimetres, three compartments in each, flaps that rise. Two horizontal cabinets of 160 by 30 with three compartments: the middle one shows and is lit, the outer two stay closed. Two shelves on the wall. The set weighs 107 kg.

Who it suits

For anyone who keeps the minimum on view yet would rather not face a blank wall over three metres long. The lit middles break the long line and give it rhythm.

Materials and finish
